After a calm day and a short visit to Azenhas do Mar, the next destination was Cabo da Roca, combined with a detour to Praia da Ursa.
Cabo da Roca itself felt very touristy. Praia da Ursa, on the other hand, was much quieter, although it required a steep descent of about 30 minutes.
The effort is rewarded with dramatic rock formations and a beach that feels surprisingly empty. Good shoes are highly recommended, and at the fork in the narrow path, the route should always be kept to the left.
